Mr. J. Philip Vincent is the Group Director of GSH Group of Companies in Malaysia, with a career spanning auditing, manufacturing, and global business expansion. He started as an auditor with Kassim Chan & Co (Deloitte) in the 1980s, thereafter ventured into manufacturing in Penang in 1990, and led his company to a public listing in 1997. He then expanded operations internationally across Asia and the U.S., serving multinational clients. His expertise includes semiconductor tooling, automation, robotics, equipment design, ERP systems, and machine integration. Under his leadership, the company adopted smart manufacturing aligned with Industry 4.0 and IoT, earning industry recognition and awards. Beyond his corporate role, he is active as a board member, advisor, and industry speaker, and contributes to academia in the Industry Advisory Panel and a Adjunct Professor at universities in Malaysia and India.
