As the Assistant Vice President, Azura is one of the key roles in TalentCorp Northern Region. She engages with various companies from three sectors; Electrical & Electronics (E&E), Healthcare and Manufacturing sector as well as regional role; responsible for talent needs for northern states – Penang, Kedah, Perlis and certain parts of Perak.

Prior to joining TalentCorp, Azura has worked in various HR spectrum with several companies in Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang and in Kulim Hi-Tech Park in Kedah for the past 20 years. She joined TalentCorp in 2019 and has since been involved in facilitating talent needs, mainly for companies in the northern region. Azura also supports E&E, Healthcare and Manufacturing companies all over Malaysia.

Azura completed her Masters degree in Management from USM and obtained her Bachelors Degree from The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, United States of America in Political Science and Sociology.
