Maisy is the Managing Partner of Delight Capital, an investor in Southeast Asia tech startups. Before founding Delight Capital, she co-founded and led Add Partners, a significant European venture capital firm with notable exits from the €173M Add One fund include Apertio (acquired by Nokia Siemens), PolarLake (acquired by Bloomberg), Arieso (acquired by JDSU) and Sequans (IPO on NYSE).

Prior to that, she held a Senior Manager role at Vertex Management, where she managed the European office in London.
