Sanatkumara Rajeswaran is a manufacturing and operations strategy leader with experience spanning industrial project development, manufacturing excellence, and digital transformation. As Operations Strategy Director for Mölnlycke Health Care’s Gloves Operations, his responsibilities cover strategic initiatives, process engineering, digitalization, manufacturing excellence, and project portfolio management.

His background includes serving as Project Manager for the construction of a glove production plant, as well as developing biomass plant projects and establishing the associated business operations. This experience gives him a broad perspective on translating business ambitions into operational facilities and building the capabilities needed to sustain performance.

Today, he leads cross-functional programmes to strengthen process stability, improve quality and productivity, and establish the foundations for data-driven manufacturing that will enable us to be AI ready. His work connects people, processes, and technology through process controls, industrial automation, and SAP S/4HANA transformation.
