Steven holds a Master degree in Sustainable Development Management from Sunway University under the Jeffrey Sachs Center on Sustainable Development, and professional certifications, such as Associate Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner, ISO 14064-1 & 14064-2 GHG Accounting Lead Verifier, ISO 14067 Carbon Footprint Accounting & Sustainability Auditor, ISO 20121 Lead Auditor, and GPM360 Registered Consultant & Assessor. He is also a certified trainer with the Human Resources Development Corporation, a Graduate Technologist recognized by the Malaysia Board of Technologists, and a Green Building Consultant for Green Building Index and GreenRE.

Steven has extensive experience in sustainability, focusing on ESG and GHG emissions reporting, including Life Cycle Assessment for carbon footprint analysis. He has assisted numerous public-listed companies and SMEs with their sustainability and carbon reporting. His role as a Green Building Consultant includes notable projects as TRX Exchange 106, Equatorial Plaza, Penang Second Bridge, and others. He is a sought-after speaker at sustainability conferences and seminars, sharing his knowledge and expertise in various sustainability initiatives.
