Vellu is the Country HR Director for Micron Malaysia. He brings with him close to 25 years of diverse experience in the semiconductor industry. After starting off as a software engineer and having a stint in logistics, Vellu found his passion in people and has had a wide range of experiences in various HR functions.  Over the years Vellu has built his expertise in helping organizations develop strong and sustainable HR strategies specifically focusing on strengthening leadership and developing and retaining talent. He is also an ICF accredited coaching and is passionate about helping individuals achieve their highest potential.
