YB Dr. Kelvin Yii Lee Wuen is the current Member of Parliament for Bandar Kuching and presently serves as the Political Secretary to the Minister of Human Resources. Trained as a medical doctor, Dr. Yii transitioned from the medical field into public service, bringing with him a strong passion for healthcare reform, social equity, and nation-building. His background in medicine continues to shape his policy perspectives, particularly in areas related to public health, human capital, and community well-being.

Throughout his parliamentary career, Dr. Yii has held several key leadership roles, including serving as Special Advisor to the Minister of Health, Chair of the Health, Science and Innovation Select Committee, and as a member of the Budget Select Committee.
