Mr. Png Yu Wei is the Vice President of GreatAsic Technology focusing on custom ASIC and SoC solutions. He brings more than two decades of IC design leadership experience across world class companies. His expertise encompasses IP & SoC design, including Arm and RISC-V based solutions.

At StarFive Technology, he served as the Director of IP & SoC Design Engineering where he successfully led the development and delivery of several RISC-V based SoCs. Prior to that, he was the Senior IP Design Engineering Manager at Intel PSG leading the design of PCIe Subsystem and Memory Controller IP. Earlier, during his tenure as Staff Design Engineering Manager at Marvell, he successfully delivered more than 10 Arm based SoCs into high-volume production. He began his career as a Test Development Engineer in the semiconductor division of Agilent Technologies, which subsequently became Avago Technologies.

Mr. Png graduated with a B.Eng. (Hons) in Computer Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
