Zaid Hassan bin Amin is a Senior Human Resources Manager with 18 years of professional experience, including 16 years in Human Resources across multinational semiconductor, electronics, technology, shared services, energy and manufacturing organizations. He began his career in 2008 as a Manufacturing Supervisor before moving into Human Resources in 2010, giving him first-hand understanding of both shop-floor operations and people leadership.

He currently serves as Senior Human Resources Manager at Lumileds Malaysia in Penang, where he provides HR leadership for a large semiconductor manufacturing environment and partners with senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational transformation, talent and performance management, employee and industrial relations, labour governance and HR policy.

Across his career, Zaid has held HR roles with Motorola Solutions, Bose, Dell Technologies, Shell, Intel, Analog Devices and Lumileds. His experience spans business partnering, regional HR advisory, employee relations, organization design, workforce planning, leadership development, change management, labour compliance and responsible workforce governance.
